We have a secure web portal to facilitate clinical communication. This is the ideal method to contact us if you have clinical questions, need a prescription refill, etc.  Other advantages of using the portal include:

• view a list of all of your current medications (and update us if any changes)

• view a list of all ongoing medical problems and allergies

• see the date of your next appointment with us (and a list of previous dates of visits)

• access to a very comprehensive medical knowledge base, with information on hundreds of medical conditions.

• You can share this info with another doctor, any place where you have internet access (for example, in an Emergency Department while traveling).

To sign up for the portal, please contact any receptionist.  We will need your email address to complete this process.  You will then receive an email confirmation with the web address for the portal (URL), and your log in name and password.  Please “bookmark” the web address for easy future use, and save the log-in information in a secure place.
