We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.

Please call us as soon as you know that you need to change an appointment.

If an appointment is not canceled within at least 24 hours of the scheduled time, or you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, then you will be charged a fee of $35 for a routine visit, and $60 for a missed physical. This fee will not be covered by your health insurance.  (We certainly will take into consideration if there is an unexpected situation that would prevent you from contacting us.)
